Join the Agincare family as a Night Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts, where your leadership, compassion, and experience will help shape a safe, happy, and supportive home for our residents and team. In this role, you'll lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship. You'll support residents with personal care and daily living, encourage independence and wellbeing, plan and participate in meaningful activities and outings, oversee medication administration, and maintain accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will work closely with families and healthcare professionals, and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management. We offer £15.25 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, career development, a blue light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. We require a minimum of two years experience in social care and previous experience in a senior or team leader role.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK. At least two years experience in social care. Previous experience in a senior or team leader role is essential. QCF Level 2 or above.
