Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two motivated and compassionate Tobacco Dependency Advisors to join our Community Mental Health Teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing physical health programme focused on tackling one of the biggest causes of health inequalities for people living with severe mental illness. Working as an integrated member of a Community Mental Health Team, you will provide evidence-based tobacco dependency treatment and behavioural support, helping people reduce or stop smoking through personalised interventions, harm reduction approaches and ongoing encouragement. You will work closely with nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, pharmacy staff, peer support workers and medical colleagues to embed physical health improvement within routine mental healthcare.
