Join us as a Band 5 Registered Nurse in our Trauma and Orthopaedics Wards at Noble's Hospital, where you'll deliver high-quality care to trauma and elective patients across a diverse range of conditions. From planned surgical procedures to urgent orthopaedic admissions and major trauma cases, you'll gain exposure to a varied caseload that will help you build confidence, develop specialist skills and broaden your clinical experience. We welcome nurses with or without experience in this specialty and provide full training and support to help you succeed.
Main duties of the job Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced and multidisciplinary team, you'll assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care while collaborating closely with colleagues across a range of professions. You'll have opportunities to develop extended clinical skills, contribute to practice development, support junior colleagues and students, and play an active role in maintaining the high standards of care our wards are known for. Qualifications Essential
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Maintain a professional portfolio in accordance with post Registration Education and Practice (PREP) requirements as defined by NMC (2002). Mentor/preceptorship training.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
