We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) to join our friendly team on the RSSC Respiratory Ward.
Working as part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their hospital journey. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care while helping patients feel safe, valued and supported during what can be a difficult and uncertain time.

If so we would still like you to apply and if offered a post you will be employed initially on a band 2 salary, pay step 1 but on completion of the Care Certificate (generally within 12-16 weeks) you would move to the Band 3 salary, pay step 1
