Job summary
West Place are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to Lead the Community Therapy Team in the role of Clinical Operations Manager (Band 7).
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic healthcare professional with experience of managing teams, driving service improvement, supporting staff wellbeing and performance , and delivering high-quality patient care. You will provide operational leadership across community therapy / rehabilitation in West Norfolk supporting and working with multidisciplinary teams and system partners to deliver integrated, patient-centred care closer to home.
Main duties of the job
To provide clear operational leadership and line management to staff working in Community Therapy Team and clinic based services within the Place portfolio.
To contribute to clinical leadership and retain professional registration to support clinically when required.
To support staff to achieve and ensure competencies are maintained within the teams.

To contribute to the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and in clinics, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care.
To ensure that Trust annual priorities and quality goals are embedded within the workforce by ensuring that all annual appraisals are complete within the team.
To develop strong, transparent working relationships with key stake holders including the local acute hospital, Social Services, Norfolk First Support and the voluntary sector.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist Current registration to a professional body Evidence of Continuing Professional Development and its application Recognised Management Qualification or evidence of working at that level.
