North Sedgemoor PCN is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Salaried GP to join our friendly, progressive team working across Symphony North Healthcare (with sites located in Burnham-on-Sea, Berrow and Highbridge) completing between 4 to 8 sessions per week.

About us
North Sedgemoor PCN brings together GP practices caring for around 50,000 people across Burnham on Sea, Brent, Highbridge, Cheddar and Axbridge. We are clinically led, collaborative and community focused. Our team includes GPs, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Care Coordinators, Health Coach and an experienced Paramedic who will be a peer and mentor for this role.

Job description Job responsibilities
Provide medical services for the practice population to a high standard, including day-to-day activities such as surgery consultations, telephone advice, telephone consultations and home visits and appropriate administration to ensure accurate records, patient continuity and quality of care. Comply with the requirements of the practices General Medical Services/Personal Medical Services (GMS/PMS) (17c) contract, Enhanced Services contracts, educational/training delivery contracts and private contracts. Adhere to the principles of good medical practice.

Qualifications Essential
Registered GP on the GMC Specialist Register.
