As a Technical Analyst Intern, you'll work alongside experienced analysts and developers and learn how complex applications, APIs and processes work together. What to do: Support the team in analyzing and structuring business and technical requirements. Help translate requirements into clear specifications and acceptance criteria. Learn to understand solutions end-to-end – from frontend and backend to APIs, interfaces and connected systems. Support the analysis of REST APIs, interfaces and data flows. Work closely with analysts, developers, UX designers and business stakeholders. Support testing, FAT/UAT and quality assurance. Help maintain requirements and documentation in Jira and Confluence. Use AI tools to support analysis, documentation and quality assurance. Gradually take ownership of smaller analysis topics with support from experienced colleagues.
