OVERVIEW The Associate Software Quality Analyst II is responsible for testing and validating software enhancements and system fixes to ensure they function flawlessly and meet defined business requirement. The Associate SQA works closely with the supervisor and cross-functional teams to assist in the design, execution, and planning of software testing activities DESCRIPTION Analyze and understand business and functional requirements; create, update, and maintain test cases and the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) aligned with user stories, with minimal guidance from Senior/Lead Analysts. Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system stability and performance. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and the Release Manager to ensure deliverables meet quality assurance standards and are completed on schedule. Learn and apply SQA processes, methodologies, and best practices in daily activities. Assist in coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required. Actively participate in sprint planning meetings, daily standup meetings, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure effective collaboration with both local and remote sprint team members. Coordinate and work effectively with distributed global teams. Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role assigned by the manager/supervisor.
