The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality technical documentation for medical devices, software solutions, cloud services, and AI-enabled products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of structured authoring, content management systems, AI-assisted documentation practices, and modern documentation delivery methodologies. Responsibilities Create and maintain user guides, service manuals, online help systems, and knowledge base content. Work closely with SMEs to gather requirements and produce high-quality documentation. Manage content through XML authoring and CCMS workflows. Apply AI-assisted authoring tools while ensuring accuracy, governance, and compliance. Develop documentation standards, templates, metadata models, and reusable content. Support cloud-enabled and AI-powered products with clear user and technical documentation.
