Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Sr Business Analyst with AI Purpose Serve as a critical bridge between business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure. Key Focus Business analysis, Agile (Scrum) methodologies, cloud-based applications, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. Key Responsibilities Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Agile Delivery: Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization alongside Product Owners and development teams. Enterprise Software Analysis: Define future-state capabilities, assess impacts, model processes, and ensure traceability from requirements to business outcomes. Azure Development Support: Analyze system interactions, data flows, and platform dependencies on Microsoft Azure to align with technical implementation approaches. AI & Intelligent Solutions: Define requirements for AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation while promoting responsible and ethical AI use. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication, manage competing priorities, resolve ambiguities, and present proposals to leadership. Qualifications & Requirements Experience : 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments, focusing on enterprise-scale products. Technical Skills : Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, REST APIs, SQL, and data modeling. Tools : Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, process modeling tools (Visio/Miro), and Power BI (preferred). AI Knowledge: Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, RAG workflows, and AI governance. Preferred Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe (POPM or Agilist). ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated). If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
