What You’ll Be Doing Breakdown Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers experiencing mechanical issues, tire failures, accidents, and other roadside problems. Use your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and determine the severity of the problem. Determine whether equipment can safely make it to a shop or requires roadside service or towing.
