Our client, a hospitality ownership group, is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a well-established, nationally branded select-service hotel in Meridian, Mississippi. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hotel operator who enjoys leading teams, improving property performance, driving guest satisfaction and taking ownership of the financial results of the hotel. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of property operations and will be responsible for building a strong service culture, maintaining brand standards, controlling expenses, developing the team and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
