Patient Access Representative | Vail Health-Colorado Mountain Medical
Be the first friendly face patients see when they arrive for care. As a Patient Access Representative, you'll help create a seamless, positive patient experience by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk support.
What You'll Do
Welcome and register patients Verify insurance and collect co-payments Schedule appointments and procedures Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment
What We're Looking For
Customer service and clerical experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work with technology systems Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
