Director – Hospice | Blue Bell, PA BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to join our Blue Bell, PA Hospice office as a Director.

Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional client care
Drive growth through recruiting, referral relationships, community partnerships, and business development
Own office performance through budgeting, planning, and fiscal management
Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, training, and ongoing support
Build relationships with community organizations, referral sources, and industry partners
Identify opportunities based on community needs, industry trends, and market growth
Represent BAYADA and the hospice team within the community
What You’ll Do
Oversee the overall management, operations, and services of the hospice office
Lead budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management
Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
Ensure staff receive appropriate education, training, coaching, and performance support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
Monitor industry and community trends to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with applicable Medicare and Pennsylvania regulations
Create a culture focused on exceptional care, employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of healthcare supervisory or management experience; home health or hospice experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare regulations, including OASIS and PPS
Knowledge of Pennsylvania healthcare regulations
Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility
Strong leadership, recruiting, employee relations, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to organize, manage, market, and grow an office
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to network within the community and represent BAYADA with external organizations and agencies
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen
Ambition to continue growing as a healthcare leader
