Relevant Experience 8+ years Educational Qualifications Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / E&TC, having knowledge in Electric vehicle and its energy systems/ machines etc Job Responsibilities Layout and packaging of parts in vehicle DMU considering all aspects of functionality, assembly (DFA) / serviceability (DFS). PLM (Teamcenter) release activity at various vehicle stages & UG NX 2D,3D handling, drawing preparation & review Support vehicle programs through the entire life cycle including; design, prototype builds, vehicle test and production. Understanding of vehicle electrical architecture & support for preparation of circuit diagram at vehicle system level Co-ordination with various cross functional teams for testing, Homologation, vehicle batches (Proto, Pilot, SOP), Plant, service CAN communication analysis, diagnostics troubleshooting, DTC analysis and software flashing using standard automotive tools. Technical document preparation for Diagnostic manual, various standard operating procedure, Homologation requirement documents Support homologation and certification activities related to electrical and electronic systems. Competencies Technical/ Functional Good understanding of basic theories and design concepts of different electronics and electrical components used in vehicles with Internal Combustion Engines (ICE). Software skills : CAD , UG NX or equivalent Experience with Product Lifecycle Management. Know-how of applicable standards/ regulations and their application for Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) Knowledge of new trending features like TFT, Immobilizer, Integrated starter generator, App connectivity etc Knowledge of vehicle harness design considerations, wire size selection, power connectors & vehicle electrical insulation requirements etc. Behavioural Effective team player Effective communication with team, peers Practice of continuous improvement in all aspects Specific Expertise Product Lifecycle Management tool (E.g.
