About this role
We are looking for a motivated Optimization Intern to join our Supply Chain Department, you will support the Optimization Manager and be involved in the following activities: Support the management and monitoring of business tools, including SAP S/4HANA and the Supplier Portal Assist in tracking system issues and user requests Support testing activities and validation of system functionalities Help maintain and update operational documentation and user guides Assist in updating dashboards and reports (Supplier Portal and BI tools) Support the analysis of operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What we ask for: Bachelor's or Master's degree students, or recent graduates in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration Excellent command of English Strong interest in data analysis, business processes, and system integration Attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with an interest in benchmarking and continuous improvement Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Strong teamwork and communication skills, combined with problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and accuracy What we offer: 6-month internship Monthly gross reimbursement of €800 Company canteen The opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international and dynamic environment Workplace: Genova
