About this role
The Compliance Training Operations Specialist supports the global administration, deployment, monitoring and reporting of Compliance Training activities. The role ensures the reliable and timely operational implementation of training requirements defined and approved by the Group Compliance Office and the responsible Compliance functions. It works closely with Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officers, Local Compliance Officers, HR/Learning & Development and other relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities: Integrate, maintain and update Compliance Training courses in the Learning Management System, also including coordination of translations and formatting of training materials, upload of approved training material and configuration of assignments, target groups and deadlines according to defined requirements, maintenance of documentation and version control; Maintain training catalogues, course descriptions and related system information Manage participants lists and training assignments as well as accurate and auditable trainings records Coordinate standard training invitations, reminders and completion notifications Track participation and completion rates, including preparation of standardized reports and dashboards based on defined KPIs Support data quality checks and correct identified inconsistencies Professional Competencies: Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital training platforms Experience with reporting, data maintenance and document management English (B2), German (A1/A2) and/or other languages are a plus Digital affinity, especially with regards to AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) Personal Competencies: Ability to work unsupervised in a multi-task environment in a global team Strong organizational and coordination skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Willingness to learn / hands-on mentality Benefits: Additional social funds for summer holidays and Christmas Co-funding of a Multisport card and private medical care Opportunity to join group life insurance Fundings for trainings and conferences Co-funding of professional development Free language lessons and access to an e-learning platform Team-building and sports events Salary range: 5.000 - 7.000 PLN gross monthly.
