Mainz, Germany; Berlin, Germany | full time | Job ID: 11801 About the role: As a ServiceNow Product Owner for Platform AI Capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI enhances service delivery within BioNTech. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Service Management Center for Enablement, you will lead the development and implementation of AI capabilities that improve employee experience and autonomous service delivery. Your work will directly contribute to enabling teams across BioNTech to focus on what matters most: delivering innovative solutions to patients worldwide.
