About this role
Define properly the programming and planning strategy for an optimal calculation of orders (expected delivery time, planning calendar, safety stock, safety time...) Ensure the availability of the components to achieve the production plan, managing the modifications caused by incidents Execute MRP, ship orders and manage supplier incidents Promote actions to maintain the optimal value of inventory meeting taking into account the objectives defined by the organization Maintain different purchasing scenarios based on optimal strategy Maintenance of orders (Incoterms, prices, payment conditions…) Manage crises arising from inventory breakage, lack of capacity, scaling, special transport... Supplier evaluation and development Standard and urgent transport flow management Represent the company in communications with suppliers Participation in the approval process of ECMs, ensuring the launch of new references, PPAP orders and avoiding obsolete material Manage the material that rejects quality Give support to other plants with special components needs Promote and participate in the implementation of improvement projects Collaborate with other departments Meet the requirements for the company health, safety and environmental standards
