About the role Reporting to the Head of Analytics and Enterprise Value Delivery , you'll act as the key link between our business leaders and analytics teams. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver meaningful commercial outcomes. Partner with senior leaders across Officeworks to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities. Identify where data, analytics and AI can help improve customer experience, productivity, profitability and business performance. Translate business questions into actionable analytics initiatives that drive financial value. Review reports, dashboards and insights to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities. Present recommendations and influence decision-making through clear, compelling data storytelling. Drive adoption of analytics tools, reporting and AI-enabled solutions across the business. Measure the impact of analytics initiatives and ensure they deliver tangible business value. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve capability and drive continuous improvement. #LI-HYBRID About you Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, commercial insights, consulting or a similar business-facing analytics role. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes. Experienced partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making across a large organisation. Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working with technical tools, SQL and visualisation tools including Power BI, Tableau. Passionate about using data and emerging AI capabilities to solve business problems and create value.
