Requisition ID: 78508 Description The Materials/Planning Specialist 2 is responsible for supporting material management activities, ERP (SAP) system operations, and IT-related business support. This role ensures accurate material data management, inventory control, system maintenance, and operational efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Handle SAP-based material receiving and scrap transactions. Maintain material master data and standard cost information. Register new parts and supplier master data. Monitor inventory levels and support reconciliation activities. Assist with month-end closing and inventory data management. Manage wafer scrap tracking and related documentation. Prepare data for internal and external Physical Inventory audits. Required Experience and Skills Experience with SAP-based material transactions and master data management. Experience supporting inventory control and month-end closing. Strong prioritization and communication skills in a cross-functional work environment. Desired Experience and Skills Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment. Knowledge of material master data management and inventory processes. Experience supporting ERP system administration and data maintenance. Basic understanding of IT systems and business process support. Experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
