About this role
Your job: Troubleshoot technical issues (2nd-level ticket) Resolve bugs by performing critical operational tasks As part of a Scrum team, communicate issues to developers and report bugs Raise business-critical incidents both inside and outside the company Ensure smooth coordination of issue handovers and deliveries between teams Monitor infrastructure and systems using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Akamai, TrafficPeak, Tencent, Splunk, and LogicMonitor Support deployments and automate processes during releases Contribute to site reliability engineering efforts to ensure high system performance Participate in an on-call rotation Your qualification: Knowledge of Linux shell commands, SSH, SFTP and/or Apache, Tomcat servers Familiarity with common scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Perl Understanding REST API Basic knowledge of common web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and documentation Awareness of common security topics and best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10) Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Knowledge of cloud technologies Experience working in a technical support or as an IT Administrator Your benefits at a glance: Working model: hybrid, 2 day/ week in office Culture: people-focused, strong team spirit Growth: trainings, global projects, expert collaboration Global Network: multiple cultures, language practice, business trips Additional: engaging events & sports, modern office, free parking. perks.lt app You can find more detailed information about Festo as an employer here: www.festo.com/career We look forward to receiving your online application.
