Job Summary Planning and supervising all Project (Site) related activities including corrective and preventive maintenance of machines, tools and equipment, as well as providing technical support to maintain machinery related to construction operations such as scaffolding, excavation, cranes and tower cranes etc. Job Responsibilities 1 Planning and executing of preventive maintenance of all vehicles and heavy equipment's.Maintaining the records of all maintenance.Monitoring the maintenance in all sites for all machines at regular intervals.Follow-up and coordinates with our site supervisors for all site breakdowns Job Responsibilities 2 NOTABLE WORKING CONDITIONS : Physical ability to lift and carry items , climb and work from ladders if required, bend, stoop and work around wood dust and fumes and in inclement weather. Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
