Job Summary We have continued to review the balance of temporary to permanent roles within the business and we are now able confirm that we have created further opportunities for permanent roles for Machinists at our Filton site. The opportunity to apply will be offered to all contractors at GKN Aerospace Filton. No applications from external candidates will be considered until this process has concluded. At this time we are looking for applications from any current temporary worker interested in being considered for a permanent role. As part of your expression of interest please provide a copy of an up to date CV and cover letter by way of applying for this role. All interested applicants will be assessed using a Temporary to Permanent Employment Assessment matrix which will assess the temporary worker against criteria such as; quality of work, initiative, transferable skills, stamp holder, and behaviours in line with the GKN 5 Principles.
