Crafted Highlights In the role of Technical Operations Coordinator , you will support the Technical Center and the broader Molson Coors Integrated Supply Chain by coordinating the receipt, tracking, documentation, and shipment of beverage samples used for analytical and sensory testing. You will manage sample information in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), help ensure accurate records, and support the organization, sanitation, and safe operation of Technical Center work areas. This North America role works closely with Technical Center teams, third-party laboratories, suppliers, and other Molson Coors locations. What You’ll Be Brewing Manage the receipt and stewardship of incoming samples for quality monitoring, brewing and packaging trials, brewery deviations, competitor analysis, and other Technical Center needs, including tracking receipt and maintaining required documentation and electronic records. Perform administrative duties for Laboratory Information System (LIMS), including setting up new brands, plants, countries and projects, and troubleshooting LIMS system issues. Implement LIMS sample plans and ensure accurate entry of samples and required tests for Technical Teams. Coordinate outgoing domestic and international sample shipments to third-party laboratories, suppliers, and other Molson Coors locations, including completion of required shipping paperwork. Maintain Technical Center operational areas and equipment, including cleaning and sanitizing keg lines, coolers, environmental boxes, and dock areas; organize and dispose of samples appropriately; and follow sanitation and safety procedures. Key Ingredients You have a High School Diploma or GED and 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. You bring strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills, along with effective written and verbal communication. You can lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments, including refrigerated storage areas and loading docks where temperatures may change with weather conditions. You love a challenge. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $39,500.00 - $51,900.00 (posting salary range) + 5 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
