Purpose of the job: This role supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs by managing compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition initiatives, market benchmarking, cost analytics, and salary budgeting, while ensuring data quality, compliance, and alignment with business needs. It also provides expert guidance, training, communication, and project support to HR, Finance, managers, and employees to drive effective and consistent reward practices globally. Accountabilities Manage and continuously improve Total Rewards programs, including compensation structures, salary bands, benefits reviews, insurance renewals, recognition initiatives, and local policies. Conduct market benchmarking and trend analysis to support competitive, equitable, and affordable reward practices. Support salary budgeting, Total Employee Cost analytics, and ad hoc Total Rewards reporting for HR and Finance stakeholders. Provide guidance, training, and communication materials to HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure consistent understanding and application of Total Rewards principles. Administer compensation and benefits tools and databases, ensuring high data quality, accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reward activities. Coordinate international mobility activities, including assignee management and follow-up on related social and fiscal obligations. Contribute to regional and global Total Rewards initiatives, including sharing plans, long-term incentive plans, and continuous improvement projects. Performance measurements: On-time delivery of ongoing reward activities, including but not limited to the year-end process (STI and salary review), administration support for long-term incentives and employee shareholding programs, benefits reviews, and renewal cycles High level of data quality and accuracy in the preparation and communication of compensation- and benefits-related information Provides effective project management support for the implementation of Total Rewards programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive stakeholder experience across HR Business Partners, managers, and employees. Educational Requirements Mandatory: Master’s degree in human resources, business, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience Desirable: Certificate in Compensation & Benefit Management Experience Mandatory: More than five years of prior experience in C&B practices Exposure to an international environment Knowledge of benefit programs/laws/regulations, and ability to assess financial implications of rewards program Desirable: Experience with HR operational matters (Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, legal/labor compliance, income tax, social context, and international mobility) C&B external consulting experience (e.g. Mercer, Hay, Aon, E&Y…) Competencies & Skills Organizational skills, resilience, and ability to work in a matrix organization Data-driven, rigorous, with problem-solving abilities and strong quantitative and analytical skills Fluent in the English language, written and spoken Ability to understand company finances, resourcing, and the overall aims of the business Strong hands-on mindset, customer focus, and willingness to learn and share knowledge Professional knowledge in employment law issues, payroll and employee relations Intercultural awareness, collaboration, and teamwork Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills (knowledge of PowerBI is a plus but not required) You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
