What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma: Support the Sales Team with daily activities and tasks to support sales revenue growth, project and account activities. Act as point of contact for customers in the absence of the Account Managers (AM). Internal interaction needed with other departments, e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Technical Operations and Industrial Operations. What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For: Strong attention to detail Creative yet analytical thinker Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Able to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Able to regularly stand, walk, and bend while performing job duties Physically capable of performing required tasks, including extensive use of manual dexterity, gripping, holding, turning, and strong hand coordination Understands and practices safe working procedures Follows safety rules and policies and reports unsafe acts or conditions to management Basic computer skills Able to communicate clearly with support staff and team members Consistently follows all safety procedures and PPE requirements Willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed Ability to recognize and address safety hazards promptly What you will bring on the journey Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO/TO) procedures Maintain an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Possess good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Education Student enrolled pursuing an associate’s degree, undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/ university. Compensation and Base Annual Pay In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $20.00 to USD $25.00 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
