Ihre Aufgaben: Koordination & Content Creation: Eigenverantwortliche Koordination, Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Trainingsunterlagen, -designs und -inhalten nach spezifischen Trainingsbedarfen für das P&P Produktportfolio. Schnittstellenkoordination: Kontinuierliche Kooperation und Abstimmung mit Fachspezialisten aus allen Betriebsabteilungen zur Aktualisierung, Verzahnung und Weiterentwicklung existierender Seminarinhalte. Aufbereitung von E-Learnings: Inhaltliche Betreuung, Aufbereitung und mediale Ausgestaltung (u.a. Inhalt, Medium, Interaktivität) des Contents für verschiedene E-Learning-Formate, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern. Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten: Konzeption, Erprobung und Umsetzung von zukunftsweisenden Digitalisierungsprojekten im Lernumfeld sowie die didaktisch sinnvolle Integration neuer digitaler Technologien und Tools in bestehende Prozesse. Durchführung von Trainings: Durchführung von technischen Produkttrainings mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinentechnik für weltweite Kunden, Koenig & Bauer Personal sowie Handelspartner in Deutsch und Englisch. Prozessabstimmung & Sicherheit: Abstimmen sämtlicher Prozessentscheidungen mit der Campusleitung. Ihr Profil: Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder pädagogisches Studium (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Corporate Learning, der technischen Trainingserstellung oder dem Instructional Design. Methodenkompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Lernformaten sowie die Fähigkeit zur sicheren Umsetzung von Lernzielen in methodisch-didaktischen Zusammenhängen. Digital- & Tool-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace, praktische Erfahrung mit gängigen Autorentools oder LMS-Plattformen sowie eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu technologischen Innovationen im Bildungsbereich. Organisations- & Soft Skills: Ausgezeichnete Organisations-, Koordinations- und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Augenhöhe. Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
