Quality Manager đź“Ť Cikarang, Indonesia Puratos Indonesia is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control function, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across our operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and Puratos standards. Manage external certifications including HACCP, Halal, and other applicable standards. Oversee laboratory operations, product release, and quality control systems. Handle customer complaints and drive corrective and preventive actions. Lead supplier audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Develop, coach, and empower the QA/QC team. Promote a strong quality and food safety culture throughout the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Halal, food safety, and quality management systems. Experience managing audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements. Proven leadership and people management skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
