About the Program Woodside’s U.S. Early Career Pathways program gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful work, and explore a career in energy. Our summer internships offer hands-on experience across our U.S. business. Our graduate opportunities provide a foundation for continued learning and development at Woodside. Depending on business needs, opportunities may be available in engineering, geoscience, health, safety and environment, digital and technology, supply chain, commercial, finance, human resources, corporate affairs, and other functions.
