• Perform cycle time and takt time analysis • Perform other industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing • Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings • Perform layout analysis and capacity plans • Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and inventory control What You Will Bring:
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes • The ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions • Clear and concise communication skills are essential for interacting with engineers, technicians, and other team members • Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for tasks such as documentation • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and industrial software • Knowledge of production process, material flow, layout and process flows, and capacity planning Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Rome, NY.
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
