The main objectives of this job is: purchase goods, materials and services considering price, quality and delivery, and ensure the continuity of supply. what you will be doing:
• identify in cooperation with the internal departments the sourcing needs
• ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business
• negotiate contracts, improve prices and commercial terms with suppliers, and review opportunities to make savings using negotiation and procurement best practices, tools and methods
• assess and evaluate suppliers, undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
• coordinate the selection process, draw up and issue Request for Information or/and Quotations for the suppliers, manage in-depth preparation of negotiation: negotiation scripts, alternative scenarios
• coordinate inside the organization and with the supplier the contract drafting, negotiation and final contract validation
• prepare monthly savings reports and weekly projects status
• ensure compliance to company guidelines, sourcing policies and procedures

• university degree
• previous experience in procurement area
• Technical knowledge in telecom and IT is a plus
• strong negotiation skills
• written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
• ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• ability to work well under pressure
