Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Reporting Analyst to work with our International Partners.
In this role you will be working collaboratively on multiple HR reporting, data and process improvement projects. what you will be doing:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and provide data-driven insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reporting
• Assist in the development of HR metrics and analytics strategies
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and special projects as needed
what we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR analytics or reporting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
