JOB TITLE Senior Associate, Community Management - Tilal Al Ghaf | MAF Properties | UAE Portfolio
ROLE SUMMARY Community Management oversees daily operations, financial and commercial performance, health, safety, sustainability, customer experience, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high service standards for community owners and residents. The role supports operational and administrative activities, delivers proactive facilities and HSE management, and drives operational excellence to enhance customer trust, satisfaction, happiness, and overall community experience.Ensures timely service delivery.
ROLE PROFILE
• Oversee daily community operations and facilities management service providers. • Support the development of policies, procedures, KPIs, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure maintenance, safety, and operational standards. • Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with relevant stakeholders. • Handle administrative tasks including reports, presentations, procurement, and service evaluations. • Support community events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives as required. • Liaise with owners’ committees, enforce community rules, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Assist with budgets, service fee collections, project coordination, and operational transitions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. • M100 Essentials of Community Management Certification required. • 3 years of experience in real estate or related service industries. • Knowledge of community management principles and operations. • Understanding of facilities management and customer service practices. • Ability to support day-to-day community operations and stakeholder needs.
