Job Title: Civil LaborerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Civil Laborers to join our team, contributing to essential civil projects across Ohio and western Pennsylvania. This role involves traveling to various locations for one-week projects, with a focus on underground trenching, conduit and pipe laying, and foundation work for cell towers and telecom infrastructure. The position offers a two-month guaranteed term, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. Responsibilities • Travel across Ohio and western Pennsylvania for one-week projects. • Perform underground trenching and lay conduit and pipe. • Conduct foundation work for cell towers and telecom infrastructure. • Assist with concrete tasks, including pouring pads. Essential Skills • General labor experience in commercial or industrial settings. • New construction experience. • Experience with data centers and cell towers. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Completion of internal certifications and an OSHA 10 certification prior to starting. • Training in bloodborne pathogens, DOT regulations, fundamentals for RF/EME radiation, hazard communications, intro to telecom, and lockout/tagout procedures.
