Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionJoin our team in creating safety fabric liners for construction job sites. In this role, you will handle materials, assemble accessories, and operate machinery to weld materials using high heat and pressure. You will also package and prepare orders for shipment, count fabric pieces, cut them to custom lengths, and heat steam them together. Attention to detail and basic math skills are essential, as some panels require up to 40 pieces of fabric. Responsibilities • Handle and pull materials for production. • Operate machines to weld materials using heat and pressure. • Assemble accessories and ensure proper packaging of products. • Count and cut fabric pieces to custom lengths, then heat steam them together. • Ensure accurate inventory management and shipment preparation. Essential Skills • High attention to detail. • Basic math and counting skills. • Experience in production or warehouse environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with material handling, inventory, forklift operation, packing, loading, unloading, saw operation, RF scanner, and shipping. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
