• Conduct high voltage electrical testing of units using multimeters, megohmeters, and contact resistance testers. • Perform visual inspections of welds and conduct Hi-Pot, insulation resistance, contact resistance, and functional operation tests. • Read blueprints and electrical drawings, using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools. • Write inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs), identifying root causes of quality issues and recommending corrective actions. • Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking employees. • Perform general labor tasks using hand tools and power tools. ..Essential Skills

The facility is clean, organized, and fast-paced. Employees will float between the electrical assembly shop, weld shop, machine shop, and powder coating shop. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, a work shirt, and safety glasses. The day shift operates from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, typically working 11 hours per day, 5-6 days a week. The team comprises 19 inspectors, with a mix of Level 1 and Level 2 inspectors..... Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $46.00/hr.
