Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionThis role focuses on fabricating and welding metal parts for enclosures and fuel tanks using a variety of welding processes. You will work from drawings and blueprints, ensure high-quality workmanship, and support related tasks such as insulating, drywalling, and sheeting in a dynamic and evolving work environment.Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal parts for enclosures and fuel tanks according to specifications and drawings. • Cut, fit, and weld metal components using a variety of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and flux-core. • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and execute welding and fabrication tasks accurately. • Perform quality control on completed work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications. • Maintain welding tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition and report any issues promptly. • Assist with related tasks such as insulating, drywalling, and sheeting as needed to support overall project completion. • Follow and adhere to safety standards, procedures, and best practices in continuously changing work environments. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet production timelines. Essential Skills

• Proven welding experience with MIG, TIG, and flux-core processes. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and assembly. • Proficiency in MIG welding and TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel. • Ability to perform fitting and metal fabrication tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. • Demonstrated skill in blueprint reading and applying specifications to fabrication work. • Capability to maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively. • Commitment to following safety standards and procedures in a changing work environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of generators and the electrical house industry is an asset. • Experience working with stainless steel components. • Background in assembly, fitting, and general metal fabrication. • Comfort assisting with insulating, drywalling, and sheeting tasks. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Caledon, ON. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
