Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and set up machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components. • Read blueprints, work orders, and production documents to ensure accurate manufacturing. • Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to maintain efficiency and quality. • Use measuring tools, tape measures, and inspection equipment to verify specifications. • Work with sheet metal fabrication equipment, including CNC laser, punch press, and press brake machinery. • Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals. • Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Previous machine operating experience Ability to read blueprints and production drawings Experience using measurement tools and performing quality checks Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience: CNC Turret Operation Punch Press, Press Brake, or Laser Experience Fabrication and Sheet Metal Manufacturing Machine Setup and Troubleshooting The Work Environment You'll work in a large manufacturing campus that combines the resources of a growing company with the close-knit atmosphere of a smaller team. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
