Hiring Maintenance Technicians x2$28/hrDay and Night Shift SpotJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician oversees and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role works in a cleanroom environment, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, performing root cause analysis, and following established Standard Operating Procedures to maintain equipment uptime and product quality.Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. • Troubleshoot equipment issues down to the component level using mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge. • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring or complex equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. • Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records. • Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical ladder diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment. • Inspect and maintain vacuum systems, mechanical assemblies, and electrical components according to established procedures. • Perform equipment repairs, adjustments, and calibrations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and applicable standards. • Follow cleanroom protocols and procedures to ensure a controlled and compliant production environment. • Work safely in confined spaces and on ladders, using appropriate tools and equipment to complete maintenance tasks. • Coordinate and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and support production schedules. • Communicate clearly with production, engineering, and other team members regarding equipment status, issues, and completed work. • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance processes. • Adhere to ISO and other relevant standards while performing maintenance and inspections. • Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, document findings, and communicate maintenance information. Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on production or industrial equipment. • Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment to the component level, including mechanical and electrical systems. • Experience performing root cause analysis and root cause failure analysis on equipment issues. • Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage and document maintenance activities. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Ability to read, interpret, and practically apply electrical ladder diagrams. • Mechanical aptitude, including experience with mechanical maintenance and repairs. • Electrical maintenance and repair skills, including electrical troubleshooting. • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. • Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and on lift equipment as required by maintenance tasks. • Ability to stand, walk, and lean for extended periods of time during shifts. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician in a production, manufacturing, or cleanroom environment. • Background in machine repair, maintenance repair, and preventative maintenance programs. • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting in an industrial setting. • Familiarity with cmm inspection and working within ISO standards. • Exposure to vacuum systems and related maintenance procedures. • Experience working under a cleanroom schedule and following strict Standard Operating Procedures. • Comfort working day or night shifts, including 12-hour shifts transitioning to 8-hour shifts as needed. The position offers both day and night shift options: a day shift from Monday to Friday (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) and a night shift that starts Sunday through Tuesday/Wednesday (5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.), initially on 12-hour shifts for a few months before transitioning to 8-hour shifts. You will work around mechanical, electrical, and vacuum systems, using tools, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office. The work requires standing, walking, and leaning for long periods, working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Dress code is casual and aligned with cleanroom requirements, ensuring appropriate attire and protective measures for a controlled, safe, and orderly environment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
