Hiring for Construction General Laborers at the Titans Stadium - Night Shift Job DescriptionThis role supports a large new construction project by performing a wide range of general labor and site cleaning duties. You help keep the job site safe, clean, and organized while assisting carpenters and other trades with day-to-day tasks as needed.Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and cleaning duties throughout the construction site as needed. • Sweep floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe work area. • Pick up and remove trash and debris from the job site. • Vacuum and remove water from work areas when it rains to prevent slips and delays. • Move materials safely and efficiently from one area of the site to another. • Keep the job site organized, clear of obstructions, and free of unnecessary clutter. • Assist carpenters and other trades with various tasks and basic duties as directed. • Follow construction safety practices and adhere to site rules and procedures at all times. • Support commercial new construction activities by maintaining a clean and orderly environment. • Communicate with supervisors and tradespeople to understand daily priorities and tasks. Essential Skills

• Experience working as a general laborer on construction job sites. • Comfort working on new construction job sites, including large commercial projects. • Knowledge of basic construction safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines. • Ability to perform site clean up, including sweeping, trash removal, and general cleaning. • Ability to move materials safely and efficiently around a commercial construction site. • Reliability to work a consistent second shift schedule, Monday through Friday. • Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience performing general laborer duties on a new construction job site is ideal. • Experience with site clean up on commercial construction projects is ideal. • Any OSHA or related safety certifications are a plus. • Familiarity with commercial new construction environments is beneficial. • Comfort working in a large stadium construction setting is advantageous. You work primarily on a second shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with orientation taking place in the morning. The site is an active construction area where you may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including rain, and will be expected to help manage water and debris when conditions change. You work around heavy equipment, building materials, and multiple trades, following construction safety standards and site protocols. The environment is fast-paced, physically demanding, and focused on teamwork, safety, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
