Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionThis role involves leading the assembly of components and sub-assemblies of metal parts according to blueprints and job packets. The position requires the ability to plan and perform large and complex assemblies, directing others with minimal supervision. You will assist with assembly jobs as assigned and perform inspections throughout the process to ensure quality and reduce scheduled job times. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential. You may operate various hand and power tools such as band saws, drill presses, grinders, and belt sanders.Responsibilities

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education. • One year of previous experience in a manufacturing environment or assembly. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
