General Laborer Production Welding About the Role Join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing stud rails through high-volume tack and spot welding. This entry-level position is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals looking to gain hands-on welding and fabrication experience. Key Responsibilities
• Perform tack and spot welding on mild steel components • Produce stud rails to required specifications • Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards • Read and apply tape measure measurements accurately • Use hand tools and equipment safely • Follow work instructions and safety procedures • Maintain a clean, organized work area • Work efficiently in a production-focused environment Required Skills
• Basic welding experience or exposure (school, training, or hands-on experience) • Ability to read a tape measure accurately • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools • Strong attention to detail and quality • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods • Reliable attendance and commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
