Role Overview This position keeps the warehouse running smoothly by accurately filling totes, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and moving inventory with a sitdown forklift. • Fill totes accurately to support daily warehouse operations. • Operate a floor scrubber to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. • Operate a sitdown forklift to move, load, and unload materials. • Use RF scanners to pick, track, and verify inventory with accuracy. • Handle general material movement, including loading/unloading trucks and staging inventory. • Assist with inventory counts, organization, and stock maintenance. • Perform mixing tasks following established procedures and safety guidelines. • Work independently to complete tasks on time in a fastpaced environment. • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE. • Maintain a clean work area and report hazards or equipment issues promptly. What Makes You a Great Fit
• 6+ months of forklift experience (sitdown preferred). • 1+ year in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. • 1+ year using RF scanners for picking or inventory. • Proven experience loading/unloading trucks and handling materials. • Basic computer skills for simple data entry. • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform frequent bending/standing. • Comfortable operating a scrubber or willing to learn. • Reliable, selfmotivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Available MondayFriday, 7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m., with some overtime. Nice to Have:
• Experience with mixing processes. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills. • Steeltoe boots (required). • Clean, welllit warehouse with organized work areas. • MondayFriday schedule with ~5 hours of weekly overtime. • Fastpaced, physically active role with frequent lifting and movement. • Warehouse can be cold in winter due to open dock doorslayering recommended. • Regular use of sitdown forklifts, RF scanners, and a floor scrubber. • Steeltoe boots required for safety. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
