Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionThis role oversees clinical healthcare construction projects from initiation through closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality and regulatory expectations. The position focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project documentation in Procore, and driving continuous improvement in project management practices within a healthcare environment.Responsibilities

• Lead clinical healthcare construction projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Develop clear and detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for clinical healthcare initiatives. • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure project goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly understood and achieved. • Use Procore to manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and issues and implementing corrective actions as needed. • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders in a clear, timely, and consistent manner. • Ensure all clinical healthcare construction projects comply with relevant standards, processes, and quality expectations. • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending enhancements to project management processes and tools. • Collaborate with construction and clinical stakeholders to ensure that project activities align with operational needs in healthcare environments. • Coordinate project coordination activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking of deliverables for healthcare construction projects. Essential Skills

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on clinical healthcare projects. • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Experience in construction management or healthcare construction environments. • Proficiency with Procore for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. • Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or healthcare environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders. • Ability to identify project risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies. • Demonstrated ability to manage construction-related documentation and processes in a structured and compliant manner. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction, Architecture, or a closely related field. • Background in construction management, construction, or clinical healthcare project environments. • Experience in project coordination within healthcare construction. • Familiarity with healthcare-specific standards and processes related to construction and facility projects. • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices. Work EnvironmentThe role operates within a clinical healthcare construction setting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as construction professionals, clinical staff, and support functions. Work involves frequent use of Procore and other project management tools to track documentation, schedules, and budgets. The position requires careful adherence to healthcare and construction standards, processes, and quality expectations. Work hours typically align with standard business schedules, with flexibility needed at times to support key project milestones and stakeholder coordination. Dress expectations may vary between office and on-site settings, with professional attire in office environments and appropriate safety or site-specific attire when visiting construction or clinical facilities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westerly, RI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
