Construction Manager
Description: Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and site operations. • Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. • Monitor project progress, programme, resources, and construction sequencing. • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. • Identify and resolve technical, construction, and site coordination issues. • Coordinate design changes, variations, and additional works with relevant stakeholders. • Conduct site inspections and monitor quality and workmanship. • Support project completion, snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements and project procedures.
Qualifications: Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering • 15–20 years of relevant building construction experience. • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on building projects. • SOE and DMT registration is mandatory. • Strong experience in construction management, contractor coordination, project delivery, programme and quality control, and site supervision. • Strong knowledge of building construction methods, drawings, specifications, and UAE construction practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 knowledge is an advantage.
Preferred Specifications: SOE and DMT registration is mandatory.
