Job Description: Develops and implements recruiting strategies for hiring, selecting, assigning, retaining, and developing managers and executives worldwide.
Job Qualifications: Five years of combined experience in Human Resource management, recruiting/staffing, and/or specialized career field experience.
Or
Bachelor's degree plus three years of combined experience in Human Resource management, recruiting/staffing, and/or specialized career field experience.

Major Duties: Manages the worldwide internal/external selection and assignment process of entry level to senior executive associates by evaluating and interpreting candidate qualifications to drive corporate performance. Collaborates with hiring officials to define job requirements and produce qualified candidate pool. Conducts pre-screening and interviews as necessary and advises managers on candidate suitability. Ensures that selection and assignment actions meet financial staffing objectives and goals. Takes lead role and partners cross-functionally to develop employment marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, internal referral programs, and retention programs. Executes Human Resources and organizational hiring/staffing strategies using targeted recruiting techniques and practices. Coordinates the management and internship programs. May attend college and community events to source applicants and build rapport and establish partnerships. Performs other duties as assigned.
