Team Leader - Advanced Branch Support
Opportunity Overview: Team Overview: The Advanced Branch Support (ABS) department within the Market & Practice Solutions Division is seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of Relationship Managers providing high-touch, differentiated support to the firm’s top branch teams. Relationship Managers serve as a critical connection to the home office, helping some of the firm’s largest and most complex practices navigate business needs and access solutions across the firm. The Team Leader plays a key role in guiding this team and ensuring they deliver the expertise, coordination, and support these practices need to successfully serve their clients.
What You'll Do: • Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality support to the firm’s top practices. • Build strong partnerships across the firm, advocate for evolving practice needs, and influence outcomes that enhance the branch experience. • Lead day-to-day operations, maintain performance standards, and use metrics, trends, and branch insights to drive team performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Partner across business areas to advance process, technology, and service model enhancements that reduce branch effort, improve outcomes, and support the continued growth and scalability of ABS.
Position Requirements: What Experience You Need: • Series 7 required. • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience. • Demonstrated ability to develop and coach talent, with strong judgment and decision-making skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across business units and leadership levels. • Experience with program and change management, strategic thinking, and execution. • Ability to advocate for branch and client needs while navigating market, firm, and industry events. • Experience managing escalations, making risk-based decisions, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and technology. • Ability to analyze data and trends to generate insights and inform business decisions. What Could Set You Apart: • Active Series 66 • If not currently held, must obtain within 9 months of hire.
