Proactively engage with Guest addressing needs, answering questions, giving directions, and other information about the Theme Park and Hotels.
Responsibilities: Create
Work in one of the Operational function i.e. Theme Park Operations, Merchandise, etc. to provide exceptional guest service and carry out daily operations at designated work locations. This program allows you to gain on-the-job experience with a world-renowned company, providing uniquely Disney learning experiences, all while preparing for your future, building transferable skills, including networking, problem solving, teamwork and effective communication.
You will have the opportunity to work at one of the below positions. 1. Park Operations – Main Gate / Resort Transportation / Guest Flow / Attractions 2. Merchandise – Park Merchandise Shop
Basic Qualifications: • Have a strong passion and knowledge of Disney Products. • Willing to work in outdoor environments with prolonged standing and heavy lifting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and good guest service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications: • Additional language aside from English • Prior relevant guest service experiences
