Job Description: Talent Acquisition Process Specialist with French Infosys Poland Lodz
REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a person with: • • Between 1–4 years of recruitment or talent operations experience, including complex workflow coordination, screening, quality review or reporting. • Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, talent acquisition, business or analytics discipline preferred • Strong understanding of ATS, candidate workflow and talent-administration processes • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools • Experience with structured screening, market mapping, feedback analysis and vendor coordination • Knowledge of candidate privacy, talent-data confidentiality and hiring controls • Ability to coach associates and manage complex operational cases • Fluency in French and English (min C1 level)
RESPONSIBILITIES Your key activities: • • Conduct first round or screening interviews and provide structured screening summaries and candidate shortlists. • Execute direct-search research, market mapping and candidate-identification support. • Consolidate and analyze interview feedback in the recruiting system. • Coordinate non-senior recruiting vendors, service follow-up and operational contract-administration support. • Manage complex candidate progression, background-screening and offer-readiness cases. • Maintain succession, performance and career-development records and prepare status reports and exception lists. • Quality-check ATS and talent records, investigate variances and coordinate corrective action. • Monitor service levels, candidate experience and recurring issues and maintain SOPs and knowledge content.
